Its a real pain to deal with an almost complete garment, having to swing it out of the way to stitch up those Hong Konk seams. They all get done ahead and then the garment goes together quite fast. A lot of work (mind you, on a stable knit) but I liked doing it, and what's more, it brings a smile on my face whenever I reach for it.
